Out of Town Guests

When planning your wedding day, take a few minutes and think about those special people who will travel from afar to be with you on your special day. There are a number of ways to make their stay in your city, a memorable one, and an enjoyable experience. Most guests don't want to impose on anyone involved in the hectic wedding schedule.

Speak to your local hotelier to negotiate a special, group rate for your wedding guests. Remember that hotel accommodations are a way to provide your guests their privacy, while enabling them to spend time together with others who will be attending your wedding. You'll want to make their stay both an enjoyable and memorable experience. The hotel can also provide suggestions of things to do in your town, in between the wedding festivites.
